US Junior National Championships update

Wednesday was the classic sprint race. While the race is short (1.2K's roughly), it's a bracket race where the top two finishers move on to the next bracket. This means if you make it to the final, you will have raced 4 times in one day. Warm weather and slushy snow further compounded the skiers exhaustion. None the less, PVNT had some great results with U18 Quinten Koch placing 4th (see picture above), U16 Caroline Menna taking 9th place, and our favorite PVNT alum U20 Dereck "Buster" Richardson taking home 3rd!

Today is a rest day for the team, with Friday being the distance classic mass start. Saturday will be relay day!

Go team!
