Groomer’s Report - Thursday 2/22/24

Good morning skiers! We currently have overcast skies with a bit of fog but it is supposed to burn off and be sunny today!  The overnight low was 32 and yesterday's high was 40. As of 8:30 AM the temp is 33.

Trails south of Mt. Springs Lodge were groomed last night for skate and classic with the PB100. The Mill Hill and Cougar/Chainsaw trails were not groomed. North of Mt. Springs we have Ginzu groomed trails for skate, with the exception of Grizzly Mtn.

The trails did set up a bit after grooming and should ski nicely first thing in the morning, softening later in the day.

Much colder weather and snow is predicted for next week starting Monday! Coverage is holding up but you may need to remove skis for a few road crossings (Hot Tub Hill).

PARKING/TRAILHEAD CLOSURE: BEAVER CREEK PARKING LOT AND TRAILHEAD IS CLOSED DUE TO MUDDY CONDITIONS IN THE PARKING LOT.

Trail passes are required and can be purchased at Plain Hardware or online at www.SkiPlain.com. Please have your pass showing while on the trails.

XC ski and snowshoe rentals are available at Plain Hardware.

Caleb and Gus were today's groomers, finishing around 9:15 PM last night.

Have fun out there!
