Groomer’s Report - Sunday, 1/29/23

Good morning skiers! We have a bluebird day here in Plain! It is currently 24 degrees at 10 AM after an overnight low of 12 degrees. Yesterday's high was 35 and no new snow. Trails are groomed with fresh skate and classic with the PB100 snowcat on the Meadow Loops, Sprint Loops, and the Beaver Creek Trail from Plain to Mt. Springs. Most other trails have fresh skate with classic left from yesterday. Classic is in good shape as it stayed very frozen yesterday.

Be aware that the section of the BCT between Hot Tub Hill and the Hitching Post has no classic track due to snow conditions and is a bit icy. It is about 200 yards in length.

Parking lots a getting a bit icy so be careful with your ski boots on.

Trail passes are required and can be purchased online at www.skiplain.com or in person at Plain Hardware.

Have fun out there! Should be some great skiing today!
