Groomer’s Report - Friday 11/18/22

Good morning skiers! It was a chilly 9 degrees while grooming this morning! It's warmed to 18 at 9:30 am. The overnight low was 9 and yesterday's high was 36. No new snow. The snow on the trails is holding up really well as nothing is thawing during the day. I have groomed the Meadow Loops and Spring Loop for skate, and left classic alone. Skating is good and classic has some marginal sections, but with a lot of skiable track. Fun and fast skating.

Trails are also groomed between Stonewater Ranch and Swamp Creek for both skate and classic. We have tried to keep grooming to a minimum to preserve the snow on the trails. Decent skating in this area, with classic track is similar condition to what we have on the Meadow Loops. The parking for this section has MOVED NORTH by one driveway - watch for the signs.

Snowshoe trails are closed and waiting for more snowfall.

Trail passes are required. They can be purchased on-line at www.SkiPlain.com or in person at Plain Hardware.

Have fun and enjoy the early season skiing!
