Groomer's Report... 1/7/2025

A little low lying fog this morning and temperatures hovering just below freezing.  We are happy just to still have trails covered in snow and to be able to offer you some great skiing.

Thank you to everyone who made event one of Tour de Plain a success and we look forward to event two on January 31st-February 3rd.

Grooming for today saw the SnoCat on the Meadow Loop, the BCT to Mountain Springs and Sprint Loop, freshening up the skate and setting classic where needed, which Ginzu's were used to groom the skate lane on the rest of the trails as the classic is still looking good.  We do have some thin and icy spots under the trees, so use caution there, but overall another day to get out and ski and to do a dance to bring more snow and cooler temps.

All 3 trailheads are open and be aware that the snow could be slushy as the day goes on.

Disclaimer: Our Nordic Pulse map is a work in progress as we are still coordinating the GPS tracking to align with the actual trails (we're getting closer), but all trails are currently open.
