Groomers Report 2/14/20 – Good morning skiers! Snow is falling this morning, with about a half an inch of new snow overnight. It’s about 34 degrees at 9 a.m. All open trails were groomed for just skate this morning, as the classic track is still frozen in. New access point to Sprint Loop, the Stadium (practice area), and Playground is located about 100 yards out on Meadow Loop Trail. The previous access is melted out. The trails are still firm and holding up, so it should be a great classic and skate skiing day. Icy spots are to be expected in the covered forested areas, as well as Hot Tub Hill(the short steep hill by Mountain Springs Lodge), Please walk this short section of trail to avoid damage and an icy patch.
The snowshoe trails are open, and parking lots are plowed.
