Another great day in Plain! We have a low overcast and current temperature of 24 degrees. The overnight low was 23, and yesterday’s high was 31. The new snow from Wednesday night is holding up well and is still light and soft on the groomed trails. The trails were groomed this AM starting at 6 AM. I made a single pass only due to the low snow conditions, but the trails came out great and there is some good skating to be had. I have not set a classic track due to low snow conditions, but I might try in some sections where the snow is deeper later today.
