This morning we woke up to 5 inches of new snow. I took several passes to compact the trail. I reset the classic track and it looks great. The corduroy on the skate lane is in good condition thanks to all the fresh snow. Yesterday was a high of 30 and low of 23 degrees last night. It is currently 28 degrees and snowing lightly. Have fun skiing!

Good morning. Pretty much same drill as yesterday, no new snow and 17 degrees. Took two passes with the ginzu and the skate lane came out beautiful, classic was left alone because it still looks good.

Forcast says we are looking at 3 to 5 inches of new snow tonight so lets hope they are right.

Good morning skiers. We had a very light dusting of snow last night that was just enough to cover the track. I took the ginzu over the skate lane twice and it came out very nice, the classic track still looks good so I left it alone. The current temp is 24 degrees so the track should set up great.

Last nights low was 18 and yesterdays high was 38.

Good morning skiers. Temperature is 31 degrees and its currently sunny! We had a dusting of snow overnight creating a crisp winter wonderland! Skate lane is groomed wide and smooth and the classic tracks are still in good shape from yesterday. Looks like another perfect day in Plain for skiing!

Under sunny and blue skies we have 2″ of new snow last night. It is currently 35 degrees. The overnight low was 29 and yesterday’s high was 38. We are having some wind gusts here and there, but calm in between the gusts. I have set fresh classic track today and groomed out the skate lane. Classic came out great and is actually very fast as the tracksetter actually dug down into yesterday’s icier snow. Really fun tracks today! The skate platform is a touch soft and the snow is warm and a bit on the slow side. But great coverage, clean snow, and really nice skiing overall!

Good morning, skiers! With a trace of new snow on the ground it is currently snow lightly and 30 degrees. I groomed late last night for both classic and skate. Both skating and classic look great right now! Firm platform and great coverage! Come check it out!

Wow! What a great sunny day! Under bluebird skies it is currently 36 degrees. The overnight low was 30 and yesterday’s high was 38. No new snow (but it’s coming tomorrow!). The skate lane was groomed with two passes on the Ginzu. It’s smooth but lightly chunky due to the rain from the last storm. Should be very pleasant skating in some warm sunshine. The platform is very firm from last nights low temperatures. The classic track was left untouched from yesterdays grooming and has good shape but will be icy until it softens with the rising temps and sun.

Great coverage and great skiing in the sun today!

Some blue skies, some sunshine, and some snow squalls as well! Under cloudy skies we are at 35 degrees. A trace of new last night, but the big story is that even with the heavy rain last night the trails groomed out very nice today! Both classic tracks and the skate lane were groomed this AM. The forecast calls for temps to continue to drop and more fresh snow is on it’s way!

Good morning. The trails have been groomed with two passes with the ginzu, skate lane came out very nice, I did not reset the classic track because it is in decent shape.

The sun is out and there are light snow flurries looks like it will be a great day for skiing so get out there and have some fun.
