Sunshine! And warm! Spring skiing conditions! I groomed late last night, letting the trail set up overnight. It came out fabulous this morning! Frozen firm, but the sunshine is softening it up slowly today. Great skating and classic as well! It is currently 40 degrees. The overnight low was 23. Fsst and fun skiing today!

Good morning. The trails have been groomed this morning with two passes with the ginzu groomer, the classic track has been reset and the skate lane looks great.

The current temp is 41 dgrees, last nights temp was only 30 and yesterdays high was 43 degrees.

Good morning skiers! It’s 38 degrees with some blue sky showing and a light wind! Classic tracks are smooth and fast. Skating lanes are groomed like soft cotton. Enjoy your day!

It is currently 21 degrees and overcast. No new snow. Trails are groomed for both skate and classic. The snow is cold and dry and it’s great skiing today!

Blue skies and sunshine today! No new snow in the last 24 hours. Yesterday’s high was 36, the low was 9, and it is currently 10 degrees! The forecasted high for today is 33 so things should warm up as the sun rises. We groomed the classic track last night and ran a single pass with the Ginsu Groomer on the skate lane this morning. The snow is very dry today and the skate platform is very firm. Some great skiing in the sunshine!

The Leavenworth Winter Sports Club is hosting a women’s only event this Sunday in Leavenworth. Here are the details:

Chicks on Sticks
Join us for this WOMEN’S only event. This 8km ski event is great for skiers of all abilities. Proceeds will be donated to The Wellness Place in Wenatchee. They provide direct services for breast cancer patients.

Participants can skate or classic ski, whichever they prefer. Snowshoes are also allowed. Timing Is Optional. We will only record your time if you indicate it on your registration form. Make sure you get a number at check-in for timing identification. Register online by Jan. 16th to receive the event shirt. Prize given to “Best Dressed Chick.” Refreshments will be provided with lots of raffle prizes following the skiing around 10:45 am. You can get more info on their website at: www.skileavenworth.com

Drifting snow had filled the classic tracks today so I just re-set them and touched up the skate lane. Very nice skiing today, and should be great tonight with a headlamp. It is currently 33 degrees, with a light wind.

It’s a beautiful sunny day with fresh snow last night and a current temperature of 34 degrees! The trails have been packed and groomed. The classic track has been reset and a nice corduroy for skate ski. Come out and take advantage of some blue skies while you can!

Blue skies and 4″ of new snow this morning! It is currently 33 degrees. The overnight low was 27 and yesterdays high was 35. We began roller packing the trails at 7 AM with two passes, and we are now doing two final passes with the Ginzu Groomer. Skate and classic should be awesome today!

Our total snow depth stands at 34″, the deepest we have reached all year. The forecast calls upper 30′s today and then cooling down. Skiing should be great going into the weekend!

Between last night and today we picked up about 5″ of new snow. I just finished with a quick single pass grooming of the outer lap for skate only. The skating is really good right now so if you want to headlamp skate tonight it is ready for you!

Good morning skiers. It is currently snowing and the temp is 32 degrees.. WOW warm. The trails have been groomed, I took two passes with the roller packer to nock down the ice we had last night. The classic track has been reset and the skate platform looks great, so get out there and have some fun!

Lastnihgts low was 23 and yesterdays high was 31 degrees.
